This marinade for Mahi Mahi uses lime and basil to cut through the fishy taste. This easy to make marinade can make a great tasting Mahi fillet in about 30 minutes, but if you are pressed for time, you can grill the Mahi after sitting in this marinade after 15 minutes.

Your family will be surprised how much they will like this grilled fish! Even anti-fish eaters (because of taste, not choice) will find this fish easy to eat and deliciously moist.
