Instructions
  1. Add monterey jack and medium cheddar to sauce pan and begin to warm over medium heat.
  2. Add avocado oil, cumin, chili powder, jalapeno, and milk. Continue to heat and stirring constantly. Cook for for at least 5 mins.
  3. Once the consistency becomes smooth, add tomatoes and cilantro. Stir for about 30-40 seconds then serve.
