I love eating chicken with different sauces, this one is fairly basic but has a little depth in taste using Cajun Seasoning. There isn’t enough of the seasoning in this recipe to make the dish spicy, but the sauce will be flavorful and delicious.
This meal also has a decent amount of monounsaturated fat. Remember, eating foods rich in monounsaturated fat can possibly improve blood cholesterol levels (experts say this decreases your risk of heart disease!).
