Instructions
  1. Prepare the dressing. In a food processor, add the strawberries, processing until smooth.
  2. Add the juice from the lemon, the simple sugar syrup, and the fresh basil to the food processor and combine.
  3. Place the spring greens on a plate then top with portion of silced strawberries and pour a portion of the dressing on top.
  4. Add a portion of the pear slices and the Sahale.
  5. Enjoy!
